The tournament begins on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. in the Pateros Mall parking lot on Lakeshore Drive. There will be 3 point and free throw shooting contests, beginning at 11:00.a.m, running through tournament play.

Registration is $65.00 per team for early registration by July 18, 2011 and $85.00 per team after that date. The tournament is open to Adults, High School (grades 9-12) and Youth (grades 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8) - all based on 2011-2012 school year.

The tournament begins on Friday at 8:00 a.m. Entry fee is per person and includes green fees, lunch, prizes and more. Registration is open at 7 a.m. on the day of the tournament, or register online at Alta Lake Golf Resort.

Our parade is always memorable! Horses, collector cars, carriages and more. Registration is required. Line up begins at 9:00 am Saturday morning. The parade begins at 10:30 am. Come have some fun!

Kids games, coin scramble, horse rides, water balloons and more! Enjoy the fun carnival atmosphere all day Saturday in the park!

Fun food vendors and merchants set up shop along our beautiful shore. Browse their wares or sell your own by signing up as a vendor.

The Pateros High School seniors host this annual community dinner. A full meal with chicken, potatoes and more. For advanced tickets, call Kim Vasquez or Ivy Anderson at 509-923-2343 EXT 4 and ask for stutdent. Cost is $8 and can also be purchased on site.

A beautiful 1 mile or 5k race around scenic Pateros. Start the day off right with some competition and exercise. Signup online or prior to event, 6:30 a.m., July 21.

Medals will be awarded in all divisions.

On both Saturday and Sunday The Apple Pie Jamboree features some of the world's best Jet Ski racers and freestylers.

Watercross racers will take to the Columbia River on a closed, near-shore buoy course that features sharp turns and high-speed stretches. Watch as racers make exciting passes and dramatic finishes just yards away. World Finals' racers Tim Carlson, Annie Bailey, Derrick Helm and others are expected to be on the water.

If you're not into racing, several of the region's top freestylers will be on hand to demonstrate barrel rolls, the cowboy, flips and more. Freestylers will also be participating in a Big Air contest, launching skis high into the air for backflips and other stunts. You won't want to miss them.

Racing and freestyle events will take place Saturday and Sunday. Riders will be competing for national points and a chance to earn a berth to the World Finals.

Come meet the competitors during the Jet Ski Racer Party, beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday, at SweetRiver Bakery.

The quilt show is sponsored by the Columbia River Quilt Guild with members from Brewster, Bridgeport and Pateros. We meet the first Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Bridgeport Elementary Library. Anyone interested in quilting is welcome.

The show will be in the Pateros Community Church. This year, a shuttle will provide a link from downtown activities to the Quilt Show.

Bake your best apple pie and bring to the competition! Adult (18+) divisions $100 first place, youth division $20 first place. Pie must be entered in the name of the person who made it. Bring pies to contest booth by 1:30 pm and the judging will start at 2:00.
